"Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in der Ferienwohnung. Guido und Laurenza sind wunderbare Gastgeber. Die Wohnung war sauber und hatte alles was man braucht. Der große Pool war das Highlight bei den Kindern. Der Grill im Garten ist riesig und gut zu nutzen. Die Lage ist super. Strand und Einkauf sind gut zu erreichen. Die vorbei fahrenden Züge haben uns nicht gestört. Es war eine schöne Zeit. Vielen Dank Guido und Laurenza das wir ihre Gäste sein durften."

"Where as we enjoyed our time here we did have a bit of an issue with our room temperature. We asked for it to be lowered as it was 81 degrees. We found out, after a very uncomfortable night and requesting 2 more times, that the AC was not working. As an aside: we could not open a window as our room was on the 1st floor and only had doors to a common area. We were moved to a new room. Other than that- the staff was lovely the pools and Spa are great. Location is wonderful with close proximity to the beach and some wonderful restaurants serving delicious seafood."

"This property exceeded our expectations. Desi (host) was so amazing and welcoming! She gave us so many recommendations since it was our first time, it was so helpful! Our travel plans changed a bit and she was very accommodating. You have your own private oasis and it's so peaceful. A fun walk to the beach through the woods was perfect, and loved having access to the beach chairs when we needed them! The house was perfect, and we cooked several meals together. We loved sitting out on the back patio and enjoyed the peacefulness. The surrounding area was beautiful and so much to explore. We came right after the summer season, so most things were closed right in Marina di Bibbona, but tons to do right outside the town. Highly recommend this property!!"
