(3,013 reviews) I'm not sure what is going on at the hotel, but clearly they must have major plumbing issues. I was walking into the lobby for 4pm check-in and it smelled like a porta potty at the state fair. It was a disgusting and off-putting stench. Other guests noticed it. I smelled it in the elevators and in the restrooms and lobby and even the spa and bar areas. What in the world? It was super gross and for the price I paid that should most def not have been the case. It smelled the entire time we were there from 2/20-2/22 but thankfully my room on 17th floor didn't smell or I wouldn't have stayed.
