"The pictures are very deceiving. They are showing all the premium rooms. The building is out of date and rooms were not kept up. Bathrooms were not cleaned well. Upside the beds were very comfortable. Free breakfast provided was very minimal so don’t expect much."

"No pool. The rooms are extremely dirty. One housekeeper was extremely rude to me when I reported I found a bed bug in my bed. She came in yelling at me and tossing the sheets around after I had already given the bug in tissue to the man at the front desk. The lampshades were covered in filth as well as many other issues."

"Parking in the back of the building was not safe since there were no lights and lots of people hanging out back there. The back door was never locked since they had a rag stuffed in it for people to come and go. We didn't feel safe and would not stay here again."

"I walked in to this hotel with the clerk and a customer screaming at each other. Fast forward a few days a clerk got upset because we needed to extend our stay and we asked for housekeeping to come. If you are staying to go to and from the hospital make a different choice. They also charged two nights extended stay without my permission. I am waiting for the charge to drop of my account. They frankly made a stressful situation worse. I would NOT recommend. "
