"This unit is a basement of an house in a residential area of a suburb of Salt Lake City that was converted to a studio. It has nice funiture and is very clean. Only issues were: no soap or shampoo in the bathroom (a first for us staying at a short term rental) and the host did not offer to provide us some when we inquired about it; the place smelled like pot; and the host took several hours to respond to our inquiry about the soap, whereas we are used to hearing back within the hour at other short term rentals. All in all it met the needs of our trip at a reasonable price. "

"I walked in to this hotel with the clerk and a customer screaming at each other. Fast forward a few days a clerk got upset because we needed to extend our stay and we asked for housekeeping to come. If you are staying to go to and from the hospital make a different choice. They also charged two nights extended stay without my permission. I am waiting for the charge to drop of my account. They frankly made a stressful situation worse. I would NOT recommend. "

"Kitchen was great. Breakfast was good! Only issue was I paid in full over 4 months ago for my stay but on my second day there I was charged a random $500 charge again on my card. The staff working when I noticed it was great and said he refunded it however there is no explanation as to why it happened. I am still waiting for the refund to process to my credit card."

"The house and location were perfect. My only issue was the listing. It was listed as the entire house, but after the booking was complete, it was mentioned there’d be someone renting the basement. Those guests came in around midnight, banging around for about an hour, waking us up. I would’ve paid more for the entire house or if I knew it was a duplex type listing, looked for something else. We were in town because my brother was having a heart procedure at St Marks. We were really hoping for more solitude…but the main level was fantastic and was very close to the hospital."

"Everything was great! Each kiddo was able to pick out a room, and they loved that. Overall we were very pleased with the stay."
