"The hotel is situated off the beaten track and it was very peaceful there, which is just what we were looking for. The room was clean and spacious and the bed very comfortable, we also had a patio with a lovely double sun lounger. The bathroom was fantastic with a very spacious shower. The light fittings were stunning. The staff were friendly and attentive and we felt well looked after. The food was excellent at both breakfast and supper. The bar served great mocktails. We used the spa which has glass walls looking out at the view of the water feature and onto the wild natural area. We had it to ourselves, the massage was excellent, the whole experience was amazing. The only issue we had was the room was too hot when we arrived, we got all the heat turned off and we were comfortable after that. We could have done with more hanging and drawer space, also places to hang towels and bathrobes. "
