"The Cabbage is a cozy, charming updated cabin near a small, private lake. Situated in a wooded area, the property is large and includes a garage with kayaks. Beds are comfy and lots of small amenities included. One close neighbor but they were not on site while we were there. Lots of things to do in the small area towns. We would love to visit again and stay in The Cabbage."

"This was the second time I've stayed at this cabin. Once with my husband and once with friends. The cabin fit for both scenarios. There is plenty of room and everything is very clean. I have never had such accommodating owners when renting a place either. The property has plenty of places to explore and the sunsets are out of this world. For the price, you get so much out of it. River access, full amenities, several places to sleep. You really can't go wrong renting here. My only piece is advice...

We were pleasantly surprised that we did not find one bug in the cottage throughout our entire stay During our stay, the canal was dried up which made it difficult to use the kayaks, but that's on Mother Nature. There were plenty of extra blankets and a cute electric fireplace - the TV's firestick made it easy to log in to our streaming services too. The Wi-Fi was strong and we never had an issue with...

"My family spent a couple nights for a weekend away. The home was simple but clean in a nice neighborhood. The lake was half a mile away with a small beach. Our dogs enjoyed the water. The host was very kind and allowed early check-in."
