Refurbished and tastefully decorated, this duplex villa located next to the historic center of Faro offers large areas and outdoor areas. Suitable for families or groups, it accommodates up to 4 people looking for a comfortable and well-located space. Take the opportunity to relax after a day at the beach or out on the cozy terrace of this house, with modern decor and light tones. The house also has a pleasant patio ideal for dining or enjoying a glass of wine in the late afternoon. With excellent lighting and a modern and elegant decoration, this two bedroom villa is located in the beautiful and historic center of Faro, less than 2 minutes from the pier for our precious islands. The accommodation has amenities such as air conditioning and wifi and a perfect location, in the center of the city, being the ideal base to enjoy city life and explore every corner on foot. On the ground floor, Casa da Vila has a fantastic living room, kitchen and a pleasant outdoor patio where you will find dining and barbecue facilities. This floor also offers a guest toilet and a laundry room. On the first floor, the house offers two bathrooms and two bedrooms, both with double beds, one of them being easily transformed into two single beds at your convenience.
