"It's better to complete the check-in before 10pm, our experience was quite hassled after 10pm as the main gate was closed and we had to find ways to access the room. The access to swimming pool was so confused, the instruction mentioned about the tag but the security staff said it's no longer valid and a blue card is now in place.
