On the ground floor there is a twin bedroom with an en suite bathroom with a shower, offering a practical and comfortable solution, especially for guests who value easy accessibility.



On the first floor there is a twin bedroom with an en suite bathroom with a bathtub, providing a more private and relaxing space. This floor also features a second twin bedroom and an additional bathroom, ensuring flexibility and comfort for different groups.



The kitchen is fully equipped, functional and practical, making meal preparation easy and convenient throughout your stay.



Outside, the property features a private terrace with a lounge area and outdoor dining space, ideal for enjoying the Algarve climate. Guests also have access to a shared swimming pool, perfect for relaxing and unwinding.



The property is located just 5 minutes from Falésia Beach and Vilamoura’s prestigious golf courses, and around 8 minutes from the marina, where you will find a wide variety of restaurants, bars and shops. The location offers the perfect balance between tranquillity and proximity to the area’s main attractions.



The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to assist with the car rental. We can also arrange transfers if needed.



Group deposit: € 175 per guest (payment by credit/debit card). There are some restrictions for group bookings.



Please note that the occupancy for this property is 6 guests

From the 7th to the 9th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds.
