The room was clean and the Riverview was nice. However, the host was unavailable. Only a chat box was available to talk and they never gave us accurate reflex. We wanted to do an early check-in, but we didn’t get an answer so we waited outside for an hour, hoping that the code provider was gonna work after an hour thankfully it did. The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night with no communication for over an hour, and it did not turn off until we went outside. Window looked out into a hallway and not outside.
