"I tried to cancel my reservation with plenty of time, but was told the reservation was non cancellable. So I never stayed at the hotel, but paid full price. Last time you will ever see me make a reservation at this property or with hotels.com. I feel like the property stole money from me"

"There is only one elevator for a two story hotel. The breakfast and the breakfast lady were great. Lots of food and food choices. The night front desk gentlemen were great , they pointed us to a delicious restaurant. I would stay again."
