We thoroughly enjoyed it's location. Was perfect.
The parking garage is a nightmare to navigate.
Biggest problem was the hotel was very cold because they don't turn the heating on until 1st November each year.
Fortunately the very pleasant reception staff lent us a portable room heater, without which we would have probably left the hotel earlier than we would have wanted.
We were there 17th to 20th October and the place was very cold.
Given all they have to do is recognise how cold the weather and forcast weather were going to be colder than normal, they could have turned the heating on. It's the flick of a couple of breakers to do this.

Clean room and contemporary bathroom with a large tub and shower combo. Restaurant isn’t opened on weekends which was disappointing. We struggled to get the room comfortable with the air conditioning.

The hotel itself was very good, within 20 minutes walk to the lovely centre and river. The room was spacious as was the bathroom. Two big issues were, there was no control of the Aircon & we were extremely cold overnight in bed with no provision of a blanket, so very uncomfortable. The sound proofing from room to room was poor, it sounded like the adjacent room were having a dance & changing the furniture around in the room.
Breakfast was excellent.
