(106 reviews) This hotel was excellent. We had a wonderful stay here and the staff was top notch — so helpful and courteous! They went out of their way to support us with everything from choosing restaurants nearby, getting transportation and helping to solve any problems that we encountered. One night my daughter accidentally left her phone in a DiDi (local Chinese rideshare app) and as we didn’t speak Chinese, the staff helped us contact the company and the driver to arrange for the phone to be returned that night. Beyond the staff, the room was incredibly clean and spacious, and the amenities were very comfortable. The hotel also provides free afternoon tea service (with snacks) every day, which was always a welcome treat after spending each days exploring Beijing. We will definitely stay here if we ever return to Beijing and highly recommend.
