  • Cozy Cedar cabin in the woods. Large front relaxing porch, warm wood cathedral ceilings with a loft. Rustic décor. One Queen and one full size bed. We provide linens and towels. Full working kitchen, gas grill. Internet, enclosed parking. 3.5 miles from the I-77 and 2.5 miles from the Blue Ridge Parkway. 20 mins from the Blue Ridge Music center. Close to Crooked Creek wildlife management area, Hillsville, Galax and Mount Airy.

Michelle is a great hostess! She is easy to communicate with about her cabin. My husband and I stayed last year at the cabin on our way to South Carolina, and we stayed again this year; plus, we were fortunate enough to stay both on our way down to South Carolina and on our way home. The cabin itself is a perfect stop after hours on the road. Michelle has thought of everything! Moreover, the birding from the front porch is a perfect way to unwind!

Our stay was wonderful the special touches were amazing. The cabin was very clean and comfortable we were able to relax whether we were inside, on the front porch or sitting around the fire pit. Our stay unexpectedly had to be extended by one day and Michelle was so wonderful and was able to accommodate us. We would absolutely recommend staying at this cabin. Wonderful stay

Traveling for business on my birthday and did not want to spend yet another night in a hotel. Found this quaint little cabin to be the perfect spot. Convenient to the interstate, well stocked and comfortable. Everything was great ! Will definitely stay again.

Great Location

We had a delightful 3 night get-away to the mountains from Charlotte. The setting is very nice and close to the Blue Ridge Parkway and the sweet town of Galax. Cows grazing and birds singing…beautiful sites and sounds of nature.

Exceeded our Expectations

We stayed at the Rustic Cabin while motocycling in the area. It was a very comfortable, quiet and relaxing stay for 3 nights. We would highly recommend it and will stay here again when we are in the area. Thanks to our host, Michelle, for making our riding trip one of the best ones yet.
