"How this hotel gained 4* status is beyond my comprehension. Upon arrival air on did not work. As intl hotel I would expect at least 1 TV in English, also not. Both counts were fixed but with excuses. Breakfast was OK albeit limited. "This hotel is in two sections we stayed on the top floor of the plaza section which was fantastic.
