Holiday house "Trudi", a place to relax, also with a dog

Our house Trudi is located on the southern slope of a small holiday home area far from mass tourism, embedded in a quiet meadow ground.
Here you can experience loneliness in total peace or go directly from the holiday home to extensive hikes in the adjacent nature park or the surrounding towns.
Enjoy the sun on the terrace or a glass of wine in the garden, and spend cozy evenings in the rustic seating area.
And should the sun go on vacation, the wood stove spreads warmth and comfort throughout the house on the enclosed veranda.

Our house has two separate bedrooms [one with satellite TV],
each with its own bathroom,
1x toilet / shower and 1x toilet / bathtub.

The spacious kitchen with dining area is functional and well equipped.
In the living area you can comfortably watch TV and listen to music or crumble on the veranda with a book.

An infrared sauna is available for wellness and relaxation.

Hervorragende Unterkunft in guter Lage
Die Unterkunft ist wirklich beeindruckend mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Es fehlt an nichts. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe wären toll, mal eben morgens zum Bäcker ist nicht. Aber ansonsten wunderbar.

Wir hatten einen super tollen Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen Haus. Es fehlt einfach nichts, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Es ist sehr komfortabel und schön eingerichtet. Wir konnten erneut eine phantastische Auszeit genießen: "Trudi" und Garten haben uns strahlend und perfekt hergerichtet empfangen, wir fühlten uns mit jeder Faser willkommen. Frau Frank ist eine großartige Gastgeberin, die auf jedes noch so kleine Detail achtet und weiß, was ein Urlaubsherz begehrt. Wir vier Wander-Fans haben mit "Trudi" DAS Ferienhaus in für uns perfekter Lage entdeckt, um von hier unsere Tagestouren zu starten. Und nach einem wegreichen Tag kommt man am Abend wie nach Hause...

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt trotz frostiger Überraschung
Ein tolles langes Wochenende trotz anfänglicher Schwierigkeiten. Der Frost hatte zugeschlagen und eine Wasserleitung war zugefroren. Unsere Vermieter haben super schnell reagiert und sich vor Ort allem angenommen. Und nach ordentlich Einheizen hieß es dann auch im ganzen Haus "Wasser Marsch". Die Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit haben wir wirklich genossen. Wanderungen und Tagesausflüge nach Merkers & Schmalkalden waren sehr zu empfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wieder sehr erholsam
Das Ferienhaus Trudi haben wir zum 2. Mal besucht und sind auch diesmal wieder sehr glücklich und erholt abgereist. Im Haus fehlt es an nichts, die direkte Umgebung lädt zum Entschleunigen, Verweilen oder Spazieren im Wald ein. Es ist alles gepflegt und sehr sauber. In 20-30 Minuten erreicht man zentrale Orte mit touristischen Angeboten. Thüringen ist sehr kinderlieb. Bei einem Ausflug nach Meiningen durften die Kids bei einer kostenfreien Park-Safari allerhand erleben und auch das Viba-Werk in Schmalkalden überraschte uns, so dass groß und klein hier viel Spaß und Genuss fanden. Herzlichen Dank an Familie Frank für den wunderschönen Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus Trudi!
