Stylish cottage & parking – Kimberley Cottage

Welcome to Kimberley Cottage, hosted by Guested.

Exposed beams, high ceilings and a fire for evenings on the sofa. There’s a private courtyard for morning coffee, with Falmouth town centre a short walk away when you’re ready to head out.

Make yourself at home

Kimberley Cottage is all on one level, with high windows bringing natural light into the open-plan living, dining and kitchen space.

Stretch out on the large corner sofa, warm up by the gas fire or settle down with a film on the flat-screen TV. There are board games, too, for evenings around the table.

The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking at home, with an espresso machine for morning coffee and a dishwasher to take care of the clearing up. A washing machine and tumble dryer make longer stays easier.

A good night’s sleep

Two comfortable bedrooms sleep up to four guests. The main bedroom has a king-size bed and its own wall-mounted TV, while the second has two single beds.

Both have plenty of wardrobe and drawer space, so you can unpack properly. Newly fitted blinds and curtains add privacy and help make the rooms comfortable for the night.

Room for a soak

The bathroom has a walk-in shower and a separate bath, whether you’re getting ready to head out or taking your time after a day exploring. Fluffy towels and complimentary toiletries are provided.

A little space outside

The newly refurbished private courtyard is a lovely spot for breakfast, a quiet coffee or a drink before dinner, with glimpses towards Falmouth Harbour.

Out and about

Falmouth’s independent shops, cafés, pubs and restaurants are a short walk away. Head into town for breakfast, browse the shops or find somewhere good for dinner. Kimberley Park is nearby, too.

Gyllyngvase and Swanpool beaches, the National Maritime Museum and Pendennis Castle are all within easy reach. Make a plan for the day or see where you end up.

Dogs are welcome by prior arrangement, so they can come along for the stay.
