"The only fault is the price of the rooms are expensive a deluxe room over looking flat utility area rooms and a car park was very disappointing. The bathroom is dated and small. The room was a good size however. I think youre paying for the sea view location from the front of the hotel."

"Staff were super nice, gardens were amazing. Breakfast was excellent. Parking available. Nice location close to Falmouth, but very rural feel. Seaview is very limited in general from this property but lovely gardens make up for this. My father is in his 80s and managed ok, but to say this property is likely not ideal for those with mobility issues as there are lots of stairs and it's all built into a hillside. Beds in both rooms my family used could use an update- pretty uncomfortable and uneven mattresses with noticeable indents where people tend to generally sleep. In morning when going to breakfast we had to dodge piles of dirty linen and supplies all along the narrow hallway where cleaning staff had stripped beds already. Seemed an odd system for a 4 star hotel. Despite these last comments still a very pleasant stay!"
