Inside, the chic living room is detailed with a smart TV. The landing provides a desk at which to plan the day’s adventures. Prepare delicious meals in the gourmet kitchen, outfitted with brand-new stainless steel appliances. Dotted with brilliant blue hydrangeas, the backyard includes a gas grill, a large patio with a table and chairs, outdoor shower, dining table, and gas firepit with seating for guests. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. The gas stove is unavailable for guest use. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). High end finishes throughout, comfortable beds and furniture, completely furnished kitchen. The area was quiet, beautifully kept and a 5 minute walk to a sandy beach. Three minutes drive gets you to “town” - full of shops, nice restaurants and a French bakery to die for. Highly recommend this home!! Be aware that the double bedded room upstairs (which is gorgeous and huge) has no door, but does have an attached full bath. We loved the house and location. Was perfect for us. My only recommendation would be for the bed in downstairs room. Since upstairs has 2 beds that will normally be the children’s room and they had the most comfortable beds. I would have liked the downstairs room to have a more comfortable bed.
