Summary: A bright & spacious flat in central Falmouth with stunning views over the estuary. Features a fully open-plan kitchen, dining and living area, well equipped with everything you could need for a trip away. Includes all regular appliances and smart TV with surround sound. Sleeps up to 4 with a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and double sofa bed in the living area. The large terrace with outdoor seating is a perfect spot for taking in the panoramic views! Free private parking for one vehicle.
Guest Access: Guests will have access to the whole flat and outside terrace.
The Neighborhood: The flat is right in the centre of Falmouth, however it is on a secluded street so is very quiet and peaceful. The location also means the flat is surrounded with an abundance of great cafes, pubs, restaurants and shops. There are also lots of tourist attractions within easy walking distance, including the historic Pendennis castle right at the tip of the river mouth. From here coastal paths traverse for miles.
Getting Around: There is free, off-street private parking for one vehicle. However, there is also unrestricted parking available in the streets around the flat.
If you do not have a vehicle, Falmouth can easily be reached via a Great Western train that runs into the centre of town. The station is around a 10 minute walk from the flat.
Other Things to Note: The flat is part of a shared building, please keep noise to a minimum to be respectful of the neighbours otherwise you'll be asked to leave. Noise in the communal area to be kept to a minimum especially between the hours of 11pm and 7am.
No smoking inside the building.
Please note: We have a small sofa bed which can fit two adults, but is better suited for one adult or two children

Property was perfect - was exactly as described on the listing. Great location & had all the amenities I wanted. The off - street parking was super helpful.
The property is very up to date and comfortable. We had no heat or hot water when we arrived but were able to fix the boiler with instructions from manager. If you arrive by train it is a very steep hill with luggage but the area is quiet and has a lovely view. The property had everything we needed.
We stayed for five nights here and it was fantastic. The location was great with two pubs very close by and just down the steps was a whole load of shops, restaurants and bars. The views out the window across the bay we're great, the weather wasn't quite warm enough to enjoy the outside area when we stayed, but this looked fantastic too. Would definitely stay here again if coming back to Falmouth. The host Will was in contact whenever we needed him and was very attentive and helpful.

A beautiful apartment with a super view from the terrace. It had everything we needed conveniently located a 2 minute walk from the town centre, 10 - 15 minute walk to the beach. It felt safe and secure with a parking spot. Highly recommended
The property was ideal for us. Very modern with clean lines. Lovely view from the lounge and bedroom with the added bonus of a terrace where you can sit out. Car parking was a bonus. Pub just up the road. A quick walk into down some steps and you are in central Falmouth. Would not hesitate to stay there again. An ideal base for exploring.

schöne Wohnung mit schöner Aussicht, allerdings nicht für 4 Personen geeignet, da das Bettsofa von schlechter Qualität ist (sehr schmal, sehr dünne Matratze, unbequem weil man in die Mitte rollt und an der Seite Springfedern sind), so dass man es höchstens als Notbett nehmen kann für eine Nacht. Im Bad fehlten Aufhängemöglichkeiten und Ablage.

Beautiful apartment
The apartment is absolutely beautiful.
It was quite noisy in the area - however it is in town and its August, so perhaps that's to be expected.
The property manager Sarah was brilliant, our communication with Will when the place didn't appear to be ready for 4 of us, was not as good.
Totally recommend staying here.
