The proximity to English Harbour provides easy access to a range of both top quality restaurants and local Caribbean cuisine. For sports enthusiasts: sailing, diving, horse riding, snorkelling, tennis, cycling, yoga and scenic walks, are all available in the vicinity while the local beaches are without parallel.

Built-in 1995 the property is constructed entirely of local hardwood and volcanic rock, in an authentic Caribbean style, designed by a renowned Antiguan architect. It has a central lounge, kitchen, dining area, surrounded by decking on all sides, two attached bedrooms with en-suite full bathrooms and three detached cottages also with en-suite full bathrooms.

The pool area is perched on the ocean’s edge, nestled amongst mature, tropical gardens of bougainvillea and hibiscus, which are populated by exotic birds including nuthatches, finches and hummingbirds. High overhead Frigate birds and pelicans wheel across the sky.
