Fallsview Park

Such a beautiful hotel! We had such an amazing stay. It has a perfect location being right in the downtown area in the middle of all our favourite places. The room was beautiful and spacious. We had a little issue with the shower, it wouldn’t stay warm and kept going too hot or too cold. However, that was one minor inconvenience compared to a great stay!

Staff was very helpful, checked me in almost as I walked in the door, parking was great especially for disaled. Breakfast was good with options and plentiful

The location of this hotel is perfect! Right on the waterfront boardwalk, easy parking access from underground, steps from restaurants and shops. Katelyn at the front desk was very knowledgeable and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. Gym, pool and breakfast were all great. There are washrooms on the ground floor and by the gym which is helpful when traveling with several people in one room. We were on the 9th floor but unfortunately had no view bc of the fog. Hopefully next time!
