"Breakfast fresh staff friendly and helpful. Might suggest that bread is labeled as whole wheat bread looked the same as white bread so I asked about it. Was surprised that no one checked on our room. Room outstanding"

"This is a fairly higher priced location - and it is surprising they do offer a free breakfast, or even a continental breakfast bar. Instead they offer an overpriced cafe where a cup of yogurt costs $10 - which is a total rip off. it's a decent hotel - sure - but they gouge, so be ready to leave for anything you want regarding food. This place is an ok place to sleep, and that's all. "

"Very quiet and close to Hwy 95. Beaches about 15 minutes away and Old St. Augustine and Jacksonville about 20 minutes away. Close to restaurants and shopping. This immaculate Air B&B was very clean, well equipped, comfortable and right across the street from the pool and gym. We had an issue with the TV turning on and Michelle, the owner, responded quickly to correct the issue. I have plan to rent again in November. "

"We had an amazing weekend stay at this house. Everything about it exceeded our expectations. The accommodations were excellent, clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up with everything we needed. The house itself is absolutely beautiful. The pool was a really nice bonus and made the stay even more enjoyable. It was perfect for relaxing and fun for the kids.The neighborhood was just as impressive and peaceful. It felt safe and convenient, with everything we needed nearby.Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would definitely stay here again. "The house was very clean. It has lots of space and was really comfortable. The sheets were really soft and beds where nicely made. The pool was clean and refreshing. The back patio also had some nice games for family entertainment. Neighborhood felt safe. Location was nice as it's just 5 minutes for the grocery store or food. Id stay again. "
