Beautiful wood floors and thoughtfully designed living spaces with ceramic tile, a modern kitchen with granite countertops, and chestnut wood cabinets. Relax in your private outdoor living space with a resort-style feel complete with a cabana and private pool. Close to shopping, restaurants, and parks, excellent location! \--6.4 mi to Losco Regional Park \--2.9 mi to Mandarin Crossing Shopping Center \--3.5 mi to Canopy Road Cafe Available when needed. The mostly residential areas of the Mandarin area are brimming with history and nature and boast some of the most stunning river views in Jacksonville. Guests have full access of the Primary portion of the home (everything that is listed in the listing photos is for the guests). There is a completely separate mother n law addition that we rent out as well. The guests portion of the listings is completely private from that section. Sleeps 10\. Full kitchen (fridge w/freezer, microwave, dishes, silverware, and coffee maker), towels, sheets, etc. Wifi is included with a flat screen TV. Late Check-Outs & Early Arrivals 1-2 hours: $100 2-3 hours: $200 Note: Early arrivals and late check-outs are not guaranteed due to our tight cleaning schedule. Please request approval in advance. Refund Policy A 3.9% processing fee on refunds is non-refundable. Refunds will be the amount paid minus this fee, per Stripe's policy. This applies to direct booking and bookings made through select booking channels. General Guidelines ●Pets: A pet fee of $100 applies per reservation for up to 2 pets. Bringing a pet without prior notification incurs an additional $100 fee, and we may end your stay early. No cats allowed. If your pet causes any damages, additional charges will incur to cover repair or cleaning costs. ●Garage Access: Not permitted due to liability. If applicable, garage doors must stay closed. ●Age Requirement: Primary guest must be 21+, with an adult over 21 present during the stay. Food & Drink: No food or drink in bedrooms (closed water bottles allowed); extra cleaning fees for stains. ●No Smoking: Smoking of any kind is prohibited; $200 fine for violations. Additional charges will incur to cover repair or cleaning costs. ●Trash: Dispose of all trash in outside bins before departure. ●Damages: Report any damages within 24 hours of occurrence or immediately upon arrival. Failure to report damages could result in liability for repair or replacement costs. ●Dishes: Wash all dishes and run the dishwasher (if applicable) before leaving. ●Windows: Keep windows closed for security. ●Laundry: Avoid overloading machines; do not wash sandy items, and clean the dryer lint trap. ●Storage Closet: Keep this area closed and locked. ●Consumables: Leftover items are at your discretion; freshness is not guaranteed. ●Furniture: Do not rearrange. By using the bunk beds, guests agree to assume all risks and hold the owner and management harmless from any liability for injury or damage. ●Parties & Events: Unauthorized parties are not allowed; violations will result in additional charges and immediate eviction. ●Only registered guests are permitted to stay at the property. If you would like to add extra guests beyond the number initially registered, please request approval before finalizing your booking. Any additional guests that exceed the maximum allowed at the property will incur an additional charge of $100 per person. We all had nice beds and a spotless house to relax and get sleep when needed. The large kitchen and family room was a nice treat, as well. The house was located in a nice neighborhood, easy to get to and had ample space with five bedrooms. It was very clean and everything was in good working order. When it said another rental unit at the location I didn’t know it meant that there was a door with access to the home we rented. I did not like that at all. Master bedroom mattress needs to be replaced no cushion and very uncomfortable. Bed squeaks every time you moved. We had a 3 night stay and were only given one towel and one washrag to last the whole stay. Had to do laundry everyday. Not acceptable. The pool was great the house was very big and fit myself and all my friends comfortably. The only issues we experienced was upon arrival at 4:00pm the house was a mess with trash every where and the bed sheets were dirty and laying on the floor. We let the home owner know and within an hour of arrival the cleaning crew had it vacation ready. The home owner was very apologetic and insisted on returning the cleaning fee and he also insisted on giving us the first night free of charge.
