Wonderful little place. Check in was quick and painless and the room was clean and organized. Was easy to get exactly what I needed which was a good nights rest!

False advertising regarding “free breakfast”. Was very disappointed! A few, four to be exact, microwaveable mini tacos, dry cereal, and jugs of apple and orange juice.

This place offers free breakfast with no breakfast at all, they should at least let you know when you check in but they do not tell you at all. Very inconvenient for me as i was limited in time stayed two days and i had to drive to go get my morning brekfast. It is very hot in the room the ac acts like it works but does not stay cool. They need to update tgis place or ose down.

The toilet is not secured and moves when used. Toilet ended up not draining properly so we were offered another room which was satisfactory. They advertised a continental breakfast from 6:00 - 9:00 am however when we went at 7:00 to get breakfast we had to ring the bell and wake up the attendance. Then we were told “No breakfast!”

Apology Mr. David, your stayed was not upto the expectation. We did changed the room upon your request because room toilet got clogged and we serve only complimentary coffee as breakfast.

Just had issues with intermittent key cards. Kinda sucks having to wake up attendant at 2a to get access to your hotel room... Otherwise stay was without incident.

I definitely liked the upgrade of our bed very comfortable and cozy but the door security lash was about to fall off had to prop the chair up against the door and the continental breakfast there wasn’t any

Melissa is terrible and rude!The front desk receptionist refused to acknowledge the fact that I had paid for an extra 2 days even though my receipt showed it as paid! She then claimed the person who attended to me was wrong in charging me what she did. When I asked who was the manager she said she was which I was later told she wasn't!!

the hotel is clean and good parking but it had people staying drinking alcohol and making a lot of noise all night and the hotel management does nothing about it, i would not go back to that hotel

Perfect night stop for family on the way to beach
Perfect for a family stop if you are driving from DFW to South Padre. It was nice to get nights rest and get ready for beach day. Park right in front of room was great plus with lot of luggage in car.

There were lots of bugs by check in window made it difficult to sign in - maybe use bug lightbulb - and by rooms and there are very bright lights in plant beds & at night many bugs by room doors and. Bright lights shining in due to curtains not closing all the way. The room had a hole in the wall but was clean.
