It is not a 4 stars hotel. The hot water stopped working and we were informed that the showers had to be very fast or we would have to wait for the heater to heat it up again.

"Staff were not helpful, I felt that I am bothering them if I ask for help. For football fans I would not recommend to go during the World Cup as there is no any chance to watch any match. Hotel has sky provider for TV that blocks World Cup matches on RAI 1 National TV. I every day asked hotel staff ..."

"Absolutely fabulous! The pool was nice, the staff helped with booing excursions, restaurants, and made us a breakfast to go because we had to leave at 3am to get to the airport. Only downside was proximity to the airport. I probably would have opted to spend the last night in Catania just for convenience. ..."
