"It was walking distance to a lovely park, to the marina and outdoor concert venue! There were many restaurants to choose from for dinner. It was peaceful and quiet through the night. We enjoyed a complementary simple breakfast in the morning."

"The hot/cold breakfast buffet was good. They had a good variety of items to choose from. The rooms are quiet and we didn't hear people coming and going. They have coffee 24/7 in the lobby and in the evenings they give cookies at checkin counter. Lots of parking and it's free. We will definitely stay here again when we are in Peterborough. Only critisism is Room lighting could have been a bit better - 2 table lamps for a large room."

"Great resourt for families with small kids, a playground and a community beach really helps to foster new friendships. Kids also got into fishing this week. With the stores nearby (walking distance ) we bought everything we needed for fishing, including kids fishing rods.We also rented a pantoon boat which was a fun experience for our family. The host is very friendly and responsive, a few minor inconveniences got fixed right away."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (4.5/5) We always enjoy staying at the Comfort Inn in Peterborough! The location is excellent, the staff are friendly and welcoming, and it's a huge bonus that they're dog-friendly. The sheets and bedding are clean and comfortable, and the shower has some of the best water pressure and hottest water I've experienced at a hotel. The only reason I couldn't give it a full 5 stars is the mattresses. Mine had broken bed springs, and it feels like they may be due for an upgrade. They're quite firm, and I was definitely glad I was the only one sleeping in the bed! Overall, we love this hotel and will absolutely stay here again. A mattress refresh would make it an easy 5-star experience!"

"The cottage was exactly as described in the description in Vrbo. We loved being right on the bay, the swimming was awesome, beautiful sunsets with excellent bedrooms as two of them are on corners, with windows on each side. Feeling the breeze at night and hearing the loons in the distance, what more can you ask for. The inside of the cottage is very nice as we loved all the wood throughout. Having cable television would have made this cottage a 10 out of 10 for sure. Thank you to Jennifer who responded quickly to a few small issues. We also enjoyed talking with our neighbor next door. He made us feel welcome and offered his assistance if we needed anything. All in all, a super one week in Havelock! Thank you!"
