We enjoyed the lovely house very much, the quiet neighborhood was awesome 😊 Fairplay ist a really wonderful small town where you can get everything you need. Our stay was perfect, thank you very much 😍
My wife and I planned a trip to Colorado for our honeymoon. We wanted to get away from our home in South Carolina for a slow week. The cabin was great for two people and in a fairly central location to everything we wanted to do. There is a lot to do in Fairplay, but other places such as Breckenridge and Pikes Peak are a fairly short drive. We would definitely come back if we planned another trip to Colorado.
We had an excellent stay. The management team was responsive to my questions. Everything we needed worked fine. Enjoyed the porch/deck and it helped us get some outdoor items out of the weather. A better solution to the limited parking would have been nice, but storing my trailer in town worked out. It was worrisome to leave it far from where we were staying.
Cabin was clean and had nice porch good for afternoon hangout. Also there was nice private picnic area which we did not use but its there. Overall a good respite from city life. Kitchen was nicely furnished. Three demerits: 1) Pilot was not lit, resulting 1st night no heat. 2) Owner should inspect some of the cooking pans had severe burns or gauges needing replacement. 3) replace the air filter in the house. Otherwise it was a good experience.
My wife and I stayed for a mountain getaway honeymoon. The house was nice and clean. Pretty easy to get to. Overall I would give the property a 4.9/5 star. The only cons were a couple of the blind slats were broken/missing which didn't provide total privacy. There was no curtain on the main door (we just hung a hoodie on the hooks that were on the door, not a huge issue). Power strip to router had been turned off but easy fix. The "upstairs" may need to be mentioned that it is a short ceiling. Approx 4.5'' or so just so others are aware. For the reason for our vacation these were just minor inconveniences. Overall the check in/check out process was super easy and we were actually able to check in early which was nice. Overall if we were to vacation back to Colorado without our children we would surely look at renting here again!

Disliked: Cleanliness
We found the place dirty and the snow removal process was not done
Being tall people it was a little rough navigating the top part of the tiny home. But other than that we had a great stay. Colorado is our home away from home.
Overall it was a great place.I would just keep in mind for future reference that this is a tiny home so it is very small. We’re just tall people and we felt it was a small place, but again it it a tiny home and it was our first time at one. However, everything else went great. Very cute cabin.
Tony home, Hard to find, uncomfortable heating, no communal hot tub, unclear directions.

Low ceiling upstairs loft.
1 bedroom downstairs. 2 beds in the upstairs loft area, with a low ceiling.
Only a 4 foot clearance upstairs.
1 bath. Great parking for 1 car. The clubhouse has a laundry facility that takes quarters. No air conditioning. Only central heat.
This was the cutest tiny house! We loved the property and location. The only thing was the beds were a bit hard but not a big deal, we had such a nice time. The property manager even texted us to let us know if we wanted to check in earlier we could, that was so so nice! Thank you for a wonderful stay in the "Tiny House" we will be back again!
The cabin was clean and a great place to stay. We had everything we needed and more. I loved the outdoor areas as well as the comfy indoor spaces. We would totally stay here again!
