There is a nice grocery store and a gift shop nearby within 10 minutes. It's like the house is situated in the middle of good scenic views but at the same time if we drive 10-15 minutes, we were able to have access to all the shopping needs. The house is well equipped and was very cozy. It’s super convenient to downtown Fairplay as well as groceries, gas, and local eateries. There is a nice backyard deck which affords spectacular views of the mountains and other Colorado wildlife.
