  • My cleaning service uses disinfectant cleaning agents. If you have concerns, please let me know and I will do my best to accommodate your concerns.

    I don't have instant booking but I typically respond under an hour to confirm your reservation. This ensures your booking is confirmed and will have no issues with cleaning.

    For long-term stays (more than 30 days) cleaning fee is $85 but I collect an administrative fee of $415 to cover additional cleaning. I have had too many long term vacationers not clean during their stay and I pay a lot of extra fees when that happens. You are expected to keep up with cleaning, remove trash, clean dishes, counters, wash linens, vacuum, etc. You know, like a responsible adult. If you leave the property in a clean condition and I don't incur extra cleaning fees, the Administrative Fee will be refunded.

    This warm and inviting main level condo has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom (bathroom adjoins the bedroom so you cut through bedroom to get to bathroom), living room, breakfast bar and eat in kitchen. It is fully furnished with 50" HD TV with Dish Network, Internet Access (25MB), fenced patio with BBQ, pots and pans, dishes, etc.
    Granite counters in Kitchen and Bathroom. Space saver microwave, dishwasher, electric range. Queen sized bed (IKEA 2 drawer under dresser) with comfy mattress, Full Sized Sofa Sleeper with upgraded IKEA memory foam mattress in living room.
    The building is smoke free but smoking is OK on the outside patio. We've added heated floors in the kitchen and bathroom to take away the winter chill!

    This is a nice condo. Perfect for a couple, small family or close friends looking to get away for some skiing or wonderful summer activities in Park County and Fairplay or in Summit County. There is a laundry in the basement of the condo building that uses an app on the phone for payment.
    Go to "fairplayco "dot" us/events" for Local Events Schedule or Google Town of Fairplay Events (VRBO doesn't allow me to put url's on the site).

    Pets are not allowed due to owners not picking up after their animals.

Wonderful place

This condo was perfect for our stay! We enjoyed the outdoor patio and proximity to Fairplay’s main strip. The host was very hospitable and provided us with tons of useful information about the property and town. I would certainly stay here again.

A good sized, comfortable unit right on Main Street in Fairplay. The unit is in the back of the building so very quiet. Within walking distance to South Park City museum, restaurants, and more importantly close to Snitching Lady Distillery (lol).We had a great stay here.

Convenient Location & Just the right size

Location is close to everything in Fairplay and convenient to Hwy o to head into Breckenridge. Had a little trouble with getting in the property but the owner was helpful and gave us a credit for the inconvenience. Beautiful little outdoor patio with privacy fence. Kitchen and apartment stocked very well with everything we needed. Great for the price. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location-walking distance to ‘downtown’ restaurants, shops, fishing lake. I love the full kitchen and cooked dinner for the family one night. The outdoor patio is charming and we used it every day. Communication with Mark is very clear and instructions are thorough. Fun, funky little condo/apartment that I’ve booked before and will enjoy again.

The condo was nice and comfortable, well appointed with nice finishes. A good layout and flow in the unit, and we appreciated the patio area. The carpet is older/worn and the building itself feels aged. The hallway and doors to enter the building gave us pause initially, but we were happy once entering the unit itself.

Has everything I need, feel like home

It’s right on the main street, easy to find. High quality of furniture, had everything we need, feel like at home. Clean. Ski gear rental right at the corner of the building. A local grocery near by. About 1 hour and 15 minutes from Monarch ski area. About 40 minutes from Breckenridge. Prompt and friendly communication with owner. Definitely recommend and we will rent it again if coming back to the area. Thank you Mark for providing us wonderful experience at your place!
