"Check in is at building 80 by the pool ground floor by the water park. Check in was easy , our room was clean and overlooked the 10th hole of the Fairmont Riverside course. This facility used to be a timeshare that they now rent out so there is a Mix of renters and property “hotel” guests. Parking at building 60 was available close to our entrance when needed. "

"I stay here a lot. Once a month at least 1 or 2 nights. The steam room has been broken the entirety of 2026. Couple of the railing pickets around the round pool have fallen out. Maintenance has taken a back seat Still love the other amenities and enjoy staying there"

"The place was super clean and it had everything that was needed, as if you were at home. Other places should watch and learn how they clean here. It shouldn’t be any other way. When it starts clean, it’s easier to keep clean throughout the stay. Communication with the hosts/staff was good, but sometimes the communication was thru Eddie the Yeti and other times thru a text. It kept ya guessing, but was all good. Parking is a bit tight, not a lot of room to open your door if you are driving a truck. Probably worse if the place was full. Would definitely stay here again!"

"The place is not as advertised for sure. Not unkept and various things were not really clean. We had a negative encounter with the one of the neighbor next to the home right when we got there and they have signs facing the house saying they are against VRBO, after that we just avoided them. They also filmed me unloading my vehicle for some reason and looks like they have a camera facing the house so we just closed all the blinds and didn’t go out in the backyard at all. Many things were damaged or not maintained in the house. There were no extra garbage bags left so we had to go buy our own. The water was also not good so we just used bottled water for drinking and with food prep. It was also very hard to deal with the management company and they didn’t have good communication. I would definitely say you get what you pay for in the sense that it is probably one of the cheapest rentals for the size in the area and the size of the place is good for larger families and nice location if it was better. It was also very hard to find the garbage transfer site, there are no signs like it was explained to us, just FYI for future guests. "

"Great location. Coffee and tea supplied. Very clean and the kitchen is well supplied with dishes and cookware. The pull out couch bed is a bit uncomfortable. The owner communicated all check in information prior to arrival. "

"We had a great stay at the cabin with family. It was clean and cozy. The kitchen was well equipped and the kids enjoyed the outdoor playground."

"The room was great. We enjoyed the view of the mountains all around and it was a straight shot to Fairmont Hot Springs’ pools. If I’m ever in Canada again, I’d stay here once more! Also there’s a couple of really nice hide and seek spots for the kids. :)"
