Lake Fairlee Waterfront Cottage with Screened Sleeping Porch & Beautiful Views

Slow down and settle into life by the water at our waterfront cottage on Vermont’s Lake Fairlee. With beautiful lake views and a fully screened sleeping porch, this welcoming retreat invites you to trade busy schedules for morning coffee overlooking the water, leisurely afternoons, and evenings spent together.

The lake is the centerpiece of your stay. Watch the light change across the water, linger over a meal, or find a comfortable spot with a book. There’s no need for a packed itinerary—the pleasure here is having time to enjoy your surroundings.

Inside, the cottage offers a comfortable living area, a kitchen for preparing meals at home, two bedrooms, and a full bathroom. The screened sleeping porch adds a classic Vermont summer experience: fresh air, a connection to the outdoors, and a lovely place to unwind.
