The perfect retreat! Tucked away on a private lane, 15min to downtown Fairhope.

This home is the perfect combination of cozy rural beauty and convenient access to downtown Fairhope and the rest of the Eastern Shore. It is located at the end of private lane on a one acre lot backing up to natural forest. A pleasant and restful retreat for a family or couple to relax and/or explore the local area. The rear screened in porch is perfect to view the lush and shady yard which has two private driveways for easy parking. The house itself sleeps 7 comfortably with all new furniture throughout. The kitchen has all you will need for home cooking, but many restaurants are also in close vicinity. Wireless internet, new TVs with Roku devices, and washer and dryer are also provided for your convenience. We hope that the John Deere House will be an excellent home base that you will love during your stay in Fairhope.

What a great little place off the beaten path! A cute house for a family retreat. Easy access to Fairhope, Daphne, and Malbis. Our host, Charles, was a great communicator including little details like a personalized welcome sign and labels on all the wall switches. We will be back.

Great place to stay!

This is definitely a great place to stay and extremely clean. We did a girls trip and it was very comfortable for us and you are close to downtown Fairhope. There was 6 of us, we enjoyed the property very pretty and the house was great for playing games, sitting on the porch, watching tv, and just relaxing. Also a big plus there is plenty of lighting in the yard.

The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay! Location was great, very quiet yet so close to Fairhope and Foley. House was clean and had great additions like a Keurig dual coffee maker and mixer (which came in handy for preparing cookies).

My daughter played in a week-long softball tournament in Foley. This house was perfect for a family of 3 and a family of 4. The house was pristine, and easy access to Fairhope and the beach. Would definitely stay again!

Fabulous Fairhope stay

What a perfect house for our family. It was everything we needed. The house was spotless, towels nice and fluffy, all the beds were comfy, and the kitchen was well equipped with anything you would need to make some meals. If you plan a trip to Fairhope this is the house to rent! We will be back to rent again.

Perfectly peaceful getaway

Our family and friends greatly enjoyed this little gem in Fairhope. The property was tucked away yet not far from wherever we needed to go in town, with the closest grocery store just a few minutes away. This is one of the most clean, neat, and well-appointed properties of this kind I’ve ever stayed in. We found everything we needed and felt safe and comfortable here. Perfect for families with young children.

The house is in a beautiful country setting, but not too far from shopping/restaurants/etc.. It was very clean and well appointed. We were able to cook a meal easily, and we had everything that we needed. The beds were comfortable, and it was just the right kind of place that my sister and I needed to be in the area to visit my mother.
