When we checked in we noticed that there were brown poop stains on the sheets as well as black hairs. We were so horrified and disgusted. When we reached out to the host he offered to cancel our stay for the remaining time which we welcomed since the soiled sheets colored our experience overall. Mark told us that we had to cancel from our end but VRBO is not set up for the guest to do so. After multiple attempts on my part and VRBO's to contact the host for a refund he ghosted me. We left early without a refund but I am so disappointed by his lack of communication."
