    This home is in a charming neighborhood sitting on acreage with 7 Matured Pecan Trees. "Perfect" for a family with a small child (home is comfortable for 2 adults/1 small child), traveling small construction/maintenance crews of 2 adults, or a traveling health care professionals who seeks privacy.

    Only a few miles away from Hampton Regional Medical Center, Allendale County Hospital, Colleton Regional, and Beaufort Memorial Hospital.

    Accommodates comfortably 3-4 Guests - 3 BR, 1 Full Bath. (twin - bed is a toddler bed not suitable for adults)

    By request, a limited variety of Continental Breakfast items can be provided. Please inform, prior to check-in.

    If you are requesting Early Check in, we will only be able to accommodate, if the home is available.

    Requesting Early Check-in, the day of, will require an additional Non-Refundable $75.00 Accommodation Fee.
