There is a separate entrance on the right side of the house past the front door and through a private courtyard. The door has a touch pad so there is no need to check in. The room is soundproofed from the rest of the house. Amenities include a queen bed and a futon for additional guests as well as a coffee maker, microwave, 2 burner cooktop, refrigerator and table that seats 4 . The private courtyard has seating for 4 with a coffee table for morning coffee or afternoon drinks and is filled with fragrant flowers during the summer months.
