The villa is located in a strategic position as it is located 7km from Como and 20km from Bellagio. Being just 2 meters away from the bus stop that connects you to Como and Bellagio is quite handy. The fact that both directions are covered by the C30 bus makes it even easier to explore both areas without needing to switch buses. Como is just 7 kms and Bellagio 20 Kms from here.
