Most days our room was not cleaned, in returning to our room, we had to ring reception for clean towels, tidy our room and make our beds, which we could do, but as a service we paid for, wasn’t what we expected. Staff were rude and very unhelpful, the exception being, a couple of the front desk staff, and the activities staff.

The staff was very nice and accommodating. The food was excellent. The atmosphere throughout the property was very comfortable. This is a first class operation that made us feel very valued. Will definitely stay here again.
