Located in the splendid village of Eygalières, it benefits from an ideal location for exploring the region, just a 5-minute drive from the center.  
  
Completely renovated, each room has its own character and universe. With a surface area of 350 m², "El Pocomas" extends over two levels and offers a vast living space including a perfectly equipped kitchen, a living/dining room, a TV lounge, a billiard room and 8 bedrooms, including a dormitory with 5 single beds, which can accommodate up to 19 people. It is the perfect place for a family or friends holiday, where you will fully enjoy the pleasure of being together.  
  
The exterior is just as attractive, with a 14 x 6 m swimming pool and its pool house. This holiday home combines comfort, modernity and space, offering an idyllic setting in the Alpilles. You will fall under the spell of this magnificent property... direction Eygalières!  
  
Sheets included, cleaning 300€  
A lump sum may be retained from the security deposit if the bins have not been taken out by the tenant, if the house is returned in a deplorable state compared to the inventory of fixtures at entry and if linen is missing.
