Rott 7 km from Bösingfeld: Holiday village "Ferienpark Extertal". Outside the resort, in a quiet, sunny position, along the wooded area. Parking. Shop 6 km, grocery 6 km, supermarket 6 km, restaurant 6 km, bus stop 100 m, railway station "Rinteln" 12 km, outdoor swimming pool 6 km, indoor swimming pool 6 km. Golf course (18 hole) 19 km, riding stable 15 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Doktorsee 12 km. Please note: car recommended. Thermal baths nearby: Bad Salzuflen, Bad Oeyenhausen, Bad Pyrmont. Walking and hiking trails from the holiday park. The holiday park is located on the edge of a nature reserve and consists of Scandinavian wooden lodge holiday homes.
"Haus am Wald", 4-room semi-detached house 70 m2 on 2 levels, on the ground floor. Cosy furnishings: living/dining room with Scandinavian wood stove, satellite TV, radio and CD-player. Exit to the garden, to the terrace. 1 room with 1 double sofabed (1 x 160 cm, length 200 cm). Kitchenette (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, microwave, electric coffee machine). Bath/shower/WC. Upper floor: 1 room with sloping ceilings, without wardrobe with 1 bed (90 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with sloping ceilings, without wardrobe with 1 double bed (180 cm, length 200 cm). Electric heating. Small garden. Terrace furniture, electric barbecue (portable). Facilities: sauna, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, logs (extra). Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. The town wardrobe with single and double rooms are located in the small upstairs hallway. Living / dining room with underfloor heating. Bathroom with underfloor heating and sauna. Access to the holiday house situated directly near the forest by an external staircase with ramp for bikes and luggage. 1 reserved parking space in front of the house (front outside stairway).

Nettes Ferienhaus im schönen Extertal

Dieses Ferienhaus liegt mitten im Extertal und von hier aus konnten wir mit unseren Kindern viele schöne Wanderungen in der Umgebung unternehmen. Die Ausstattung des Ferienhauses ist zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber es ist alles funktional und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt, deshalb kommen wir gerne wieder.

Einfaches Ferienhaus in naturnaher Lage

Ich habe mit meinen drei Jungs eine schöne Woche im Extertal verbracht. Im Haus war alles ausreichend vorhanden, es ist allerdings sehr hellhörig. Da wir fast nur draußen waren, war das kein Problem. Schöne Wanderwege laufen gleich in der Nähe und auch wenige Autominuten entfernt (z.B. der Patensteig).

Kleines feines Häuschen - optimale Lage und Entspannung bei Kamin und Sauna

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Wir hatten alles was wir brauchten, haben die Sauna und die Privatsspäre im Haus sehr genossen. In der Umgebung kann man sich sehr gut beschäftigen. Die kleinen Städtchen freuen sich über Gäste. Schloß Bückeburg ist besonders zu empfehlen.

Boshuisje

Het huisje ligt achterin het blok, met een trappetje naar beneden achter een haag. Heel veel privacy, wat geweldig is. Alles is in het huisje aanwezig, geen gebrek. De bedden heel zacht, niet lekker voor ons. De kussens te groot. Door het plekje achter bosjes en de haag is het ook wat donker in huis, dat is wel jammer op regendagen. We hebben nu twee keer vakantie gevierd op dit park met de hond, prachtige wandelingen in de buurt gemaakt, hertjes gespot wat het natuurlijk heel bijzonder maakt.

Heerlijk huisje.

Het was een fijn en knus huisje met heerlijke bedden. De houtkachel trok niet goed ,maar deed het uiteindelijk wel.De warmte ging door de hoogte van de kamer naar boven , op de overloop was het heerlijk warm😉We hebben elke dag prachtige routes gewandeld ,dus de verwarming niet veel aangehad. Leuk waren de vogeltjes om het huis ,we hebben nog wat vetbollen opgehangen. De week ging veel te snel.

Nettes Ferienhaus in wunderschöner Natur

Ein tolles Ferienhaus, ruhig gelegen, direkt angrenzend an vielen Wanderwegen. Mit dem Ofen bekommt man das Haus in kurzer Zeit gemütlich warm. Die Sauna trägt zum Entspannen bei. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Ehrlichrweise ist auch zu erwähnen, dass alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist, uns hat das aber nicht weiter gestört. Wir haben dort zu Zweit mit Hund eine tolle Woche verbracht.

Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig am Ende ei ner Sackgasse. Die Einrichtung ist sehrbeqem und und gemuetliches eingerichtet.Die Umgebung ist ideal zum wandern.Ich kann es nur empfehlen.

Schöner Urlaub in ruhiger Lage

Ruhige und erholsame Lage. Die Ausstattung ist gut. Das Haus dürfte von innen mal etwas modernisiert werden. Etwas aufgehellt werden. Das Haus wirkt innen etwas dunkel. Das gleiche gilt für den Hang. Die Hecken und Bäume etwas geschnitten und schon ist alles etwas heller.

Leuk huis in een prachtige omgeving

Huis is van vele gemakken voorzien maar een beetje gedateerd. Douchekraan en keukenkraan mogen wel worden vervangen en er lag nog veel spul van de vaste eigenaar. Bedden goed hoofdkussen beter zelf meenemen. WiFi in het huis Netflix kan net. Tv met HDMI dus via de laptop op groot beeld kijken. Aardige sleutelhouders. Omgeving is geweldig prachtige wandelingen gemaakt.
