Only thing I’ll say is that it lacked a personal touch.. we actually got engaged there on our first morning and then extended our stay an additional night, sharing the news with the desk staff when we did, he complimented my ring but that was that. Of course I wasn’t expecting free comps or any fireworks but you’d think they’d send a congratulatory drink or a piece of cake or just something to celebrate this occasion. The hotel staff were very welcoming and helpful. The room itself was fairly basic but clean. We booked a room with a large deck - enough room for 2 loungers, a bistro set, and a bit tub (with unheated water perfect for cooling off in). We spent quite a bit of time on that deck. Breakfast was very good as well. Good selection of foods in a nice room. We did.t try the pool or spa so can't comment on those facilities.
