The spacious, fully air-conditioned 3 bedroom holiday unit sleeps 6 guests, provides Wi-Fi and is your home away from home. The Osprey Holiday Village is within walking distance to shops, the Ningaloo Aquarium and Visitor Centre, restaurants and cafes. After a day of exploring around Exmouth, enjoy a refreshing swim in the Osprey Village pool surrounded with beautifully landscaped gardens. Downstairs: Open plan living and dining area includes a dining suite, two cosy daybeds, and a flat screen TV. Kitchen equipped with a cooktop, a large fridge/freezer, convection microwave, toaster, kettle and cooking utensils. Bedroom 1 with Queen sized bed. Bedroom 2 with two Single beds. Large family bathroom with a double shower and a separate toilet. Full laundry. Upstairs: Bedroom 3 - an open loft style room with a romantic 4-poster bed and air conditioning. Enjoy views over the golf course and the Gulf of Exmouth. Outdoors: External bathroom including a shower and toilet, perfect for washing off the sand from the amazing day out on the beach. Parking outside the villa for two cars OR a car and a boat up to 7m. Outdoor dining area with a built-in barbeque, ideal for alfresco meals. Communal pool for the Osprey Holiday Village complex. Please note this property has a minimum night stay of 3 nights. Linen and bath towels are provided, please bring your own beach towels. Strictly no smoking inside this property and no pets. Noise restrictions apply between 10pm and 8am. Minimum age for booking is 25 years and a security deposit is payable prior to check-in at the property. This accommodation is not serviced, it is self-catering though we do provide bed linen and bath towels. You will need to bring your own pool/beach towels. As a goodwill gesture, housekeepers provide a limited provision of toilet paper and cleaning items. This supply is intended as a starter pack only and will not necessarily cover the duration of your stay. You will need to purchase more of these should you run out and these can be obtained from one of the two IGA supermarkets located in town. For more information on what to bring, please check the What to Bring section of our website. This property is maintained by local property manager Exmouth Holidays. Staff are available during office hours and an after-hours phone is available for emergency assistance for in house guests. You will be contacted via text message by 3pm the day of your arrival on how to access the keys. Arrivals are after 3.00pm and check-out before 10:00am. Early check-in and late departures may be available with prior approval and are subject to availability. Enjoy Exmouth's fantastic climate and laid-back lifestyle. Experience the delectable cuisine of the numerous local restaurants and cafes. The town is historically very safe, and one can walk alone at night with confidence. A shuttle bus and taxi service are available from the airport, bookings are required. Major rental car companies have agencies in town and a desk at the airport. For a visit to the World Heritage listed Cape Range National Park and the beaches of the Ningaloo Coast, a vehicle is necessary. Exmouth has many attractions with the Ningaloo Coral Reef being center stage. A lot of the nature-based tours are seasonal and very popular at certain times of the year, we recommend you contact the Ningaloo Visitor Centre, or visit their website, prior to arrival to book your tours. Exmouth has 2 local IGA supermarkets, numerous restaurants, cafes and food outlets. Having the full sized fridge/freezer was excellent & the kitchen contained everything we needed to cook & BBQ. The property was a little tired in places & the mezzanine bedroom got very hot, there was a fan but no A/C, we were unable to open the large windows in the evening as there were no flyscreens & lots of mossies etc at this time of year.
