Accommodating 7 guests, this air-conditioned holiday villa with access to Wi-Fi is a perfect base for fishing fanatics. It offers plenty of space for a car and a boat up to 7m in length and features an outdoor bathroom which is ideal for washing off the sand from the amazing day out on the water. Downstairs: Large open plan dining/lounge area is wonderful for family time and unwinding after a day in the Exmouth sun. Kitchen equipped with an electric cook top, convection microwave and a fridge. Bedroom 1 with a Queen bed. Bedroom 2 with two Single beds. Family bathroom with a shower Full laundry. Upstairs: Bedroom 3 - an open loft style area with a Queen bed and a Single bed. Outdoors: External bathroom with a shower and toilet, perfect for washing off sand after a day at the beach. Enjoy the beautiful weather and temperate nights outside while dining alfresco in the spacious undercover outdoor entertaining area, which includes a barbeque. Parking for 2 cars OR a car and a boat. Communal swimming pool for the Osprey Holiday Village complex. Please note this property has a minimum night stay of 3 nights. Linen and bath towels are provided, please bring your own beach towels. A shuttle bus and taxi service are available from the airport, bookings are required. Major rental car companies have agencies in town and a desk at the airport. For a visit to the World Heritage listed Cape Range National Park and the beaches of the Ningaloo Coast, a vehicle is necessary. Exmouth has many attractions with the Ningaloo Coral Reef being center stage. A lot of the nature-based tours are seasonal and very popular at certain times of the year, we recommend you contact the Ningaloo Visitor Centre, or visit their website, prior to arrival to book your tours. Exmouth has 2 local IGA supermarkets, numerous restaurants, cafes and food outlets. This unit is tired. The furniture old - it all needs replacing. The towels are threadbare, sheets thin. The only thing in the place's favour is its size. The difference in what's on offer between this place and unit 213 is chalk and cheese, as in 213 is the cheese.I have given 3 stars re property management because on both occasions neither the text nor the emails providing access details were sent. This is after visiting the office for advice prior to our 1st occupancy. Having said that the women operating the management were really good and super helpful.No internet! I've bellyached about this via the Airbnb review. Internet is so commonplace these days it is just presumed to be available. This is the 1st place we have stayed in years that hasn't provided internet, I mean even the depths of Vietnam has internet but not Osprey Villas 109 & 213\. Its absence was more than inconvenient for me. I'm a small business, work doesn't stop when I go on holiday it follows me, I wouldn't be the 1st person who has stayed at this place to be impacted by this. Now you could say we don't advertise internet, more fool me for not checking the fine print. Not so, the internet is so commonplace it is presumed to be available. I think you need to be a lot more transparent around this and specifically advise that it is not there or get the owners to pay the few bucks involved and put in routers.....nuf said. ##### MARK F.
