The spacious 5 bedroom property is ideal for one or more families who want to be right in town yet only minutes from the beach, river, shops, parks bars and resturants. With off street parking for up to 4 cars (which is usually a challenge in Exmouth) and a large garden with a patio that offers outside dining for up to 10 people. There is space for everyone to relax and do their thing. There are 55" smart TVs in both the lounge and the breakfast room. The owner Paul was very welcoming and responsive. The house is well equipped and incredibly spacious. It is well presented without being fancy/finished to perfection, which makes it a more relaxing place as a family as you aren't worrying that the kids are going to spoil it! We enjoyed eating at the big outdoor table and relaxing in the evenings on the comfy garden furniture. It Is a quiet residential location close to the town centre shops.
