The kitchen is well equipped. Outside had everything we needed for cleaning our boat, fish and dive/fishing gear. The house was spotlessly clean and organised. Great place to stay while visiting Exmouth and the NW Cape! Had everything we needed to clean our snorkeling gear, wash and hang out some clothes, and cook a couple meals. Everything was in tip top shape and very clean! Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for a family of four adults and two kids. The Ningaloo Reef is awesome and Exmouth has some great places to eat. The Seafood Medley at Whaler's Restaurant was awesome for a 47th anniversary dinner! We really enjoyed our visit! ##### Paul P. Minimal pantry space due to all the appliances being stored in there. Listing states its walking distance to town (20 mins one way), to beach (30 mins) and marina (the oposite side of town). Laundry door deadbolted, making it frustrating to go around through the larger sliding door and a potential fire risk. Would have been nice to have a guest friendly vacuum rather than using the commercial sized one. Had to sweep the large space for our 10 day stay as it was too loud to use with the little ones. Living area split system has a strong odour when run on heating. Had the cleaner show up early questioning our departure time ##### Tim K. Although we did not use them there was a lot of air-cons. Large rooms, private fenced yard and the outside bathroom was great when we came home from the beach, the grandkids loved the bath.
