The house is a single story dwelling with four bedrooms and three bathrooms, magnificently appointed for a marvelous and relaxing getaway to the Ningaloo Coast. Moor your boat at the private jetty with space for an 8m boat. Property Features: At the heart of the home is the large open plan living/dining area and the well-equipped kitchen. Keep the troops entertained in the separate theatre room. Bedroom 2 has King Sized with Ensuite, Bedroom 3 has two sets of single bunks . Bedroom 4 is King Size, Large Family Bathroom, Large laundry with a washing machine and a dryer. Master Retreat with King size bed and Ensuite Outside: Alfresco are has a barbeque Splash about in your own private pool overlooking the canals. Jetty suitable for an 8m boat with power and water available. Canal views. Parking available for three cars and two boats / trailers. Please note there is no guest access to the garage. Experience the delectable cuisine of the numerous local restaurants and cafes. The town is historically very safe, and one can walk alone at night with confidence. A shuttle bus and taxi service are available from the airport, bookings are required. Major rental car companies have agencies in town and a desk at the airport. For a visit to the World Heritage listed Cape Range National Park and the beaches of the Ningaloo Coast, a vehicle is necessary. Exmouth has many attractions with the Ningaloo Coral Reef being centre stage. A lot of the nature-based tours are seasonal and very popular at certain times of the year, we recommend you contact the Ningaloo Visitor Centre, or visit their website, prior to arrival to book your tours. Exmouth has 2 local IGA supermarkets, numerous restaurants, cafes and food outlets.
