The apartment is quiet and peaceful, yet within walking distance to the City Ctr, University, Hospital and Cathedral. Just a short drive and you can explore Dartmoor and Exmoor National Park and the South West Coastline. A perfect base for exploring and relaxing, fully equipped with WIFI and smart TV. On the 1st floor and accessed via an outdoor staircase. The apartment is spacious and light with an open plan living and dining area with a 55" Smart TV and WIFI included. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with a filter coffee machine, slow cooker, dishwasher and washing machine. A starter pack of tea, coffee, sugar and milk is provided. The apartment was well appointed, spacious and clean. A couple of points to note are the steep external stairs leading to the entrance and the neighbour’s cockarel who gave us an unexpected alarm call both mornings!
