"The bed was on a piece of plywood and slid around all night. The second bed had some sort of frame made out of crown molding, and the piece was broken and it stabbed me in my leg and now it’s cut open. I’m thinking of getting a tetanus shot the shower and bathtub were cracked and the seal had run away so water went down onto the floor. I tried to turn the shower on and that part of the tub around almost fell in so I had to take a cold Shower. I went there. The pool in the hot tub did not work breakfast. Wait till I put a picture of that on here breakfast contained Swiss cake, rolls, honey buns, and kitty juice in boxes that’s 95% sugar no milk no bread no anything in my door did not have a lock on it. Oh and the icemaker as I went to get ice didn’t have any ice and I paid $90 for this. I need some help. I need some sort of compensation"

"All we expected was a clean room and a decent continental breakfast. We did not expect to see a sign at check-in that said if we needed anything in our room, the staff would get to it if “they weren’t busy.” Another sign said that our rooms would not be serviced by housekeeping. After three days, we did ask at the front desk if we could get clean towels. This was at 10:00 am. When we arrived back in our room at 11:30 pm, there were no clean towels. Our trash was also never emptied throughout our five-night stay. We ended up emptying our trash into the large trash can set up near the breakfast tables. But, here is the most aggravating thing that happened to us TWICE. We were all dressed up to go to our uncle’s 90th birthday party. However, we could not get out the front door without walking through a huge cloud of cigarette. One of the staff was standing two feet from the front door smoking!!! She did not move an inch when we raced past her. Later that evening, we returned to the motel and there was another staff person smoking right at the front door. It was a little bit rainy so the smoke filled the area under the porch. Rather than walk through this cloud of smoke (again), I stood in the parking lot and stared at her. When she noticed I was staring and not moving, she moved about one foot to her side. By this time, I was livid!! I cannot believe that a motel can stay in business with the rudeness and lack of consideration for its guests. "

"Loved everything about this hotel. Staff fantastic. Room very nice, temp very nice, view great. Will stay here again if I’m ever in this area gain."

"Cabin is exactly as described. Host sent several messages to insure everything was fine. Just a couple of minutes from downtown Hayward. Comfortable bed along with two bunk beds, perfect for a family with two kids. No stove, but apartment size fridge, coffee maker etc."

"The hotel had a horrific smell when you entered. The entire place was disgusting. We got our key went to our room. I checked the mattresses. The mattresses were so stained up that I did not wanna sit on them due to the fact that I was afraid that I was gonna catch some sort of disease the room itself was in shambles it was so stained so dingy so dirty. I didn’t even wanna take my shoes off and walk around because I was so much filth, I took a total of 10 minutes to check out the room. I went to the front desk and asked them to cancel my reservation. The person at the front desk told me that they had to contact their manager their manager refuse to cancel my reservation. I put a lock on my card. I checked out and I told them that I would not be staying there and that I was going to take my money and go down the road and stay at Econolodge for $10 more and Econolodge was so nice so clean there was also a pool and a hot tub. The cleanliness of Econolodge was immensely better super eight is a trap Hotel it needs to be conned. nobody should be staying in that hotel you are going to catch hepatitis or chlamydia or AIDS or something even the second you walk in the pictures of super eight don’t even compare the picture show that the Hotel is inviting in the post. There’s no inviting none whatsoever. The carpets are filthy. The walls are dingy. It’s it’s not a place to stay. we were afraid that there was even gonna be roaches popping out when we flipped on the lights. It’s that disgus"
