"My room was very spacious and clean! The furniture and the set up of the room was so comfortable! The bathroom was really spacious along with a wonderful toilet, bidet and overhead shower (with a separate versatile showed head). The staff were unbelievably helpful and responsive from the very first minutes of my stay. The pillows maybe should’ve been a bit better. They were lacking firmness but still comfortable. So many great things to say about my room and about the stay. I can’t imagine ANYONE regretting trusting their vacation with this hotel."

"Nice hotel and a good location. Good staff. Unfortunately, the bed was hard as a rock. My biggest complaint was that the air conditioning was computer controlled at the front desk. They couldn’t reduce our room temperature to less than 22 degrees C. Must be much hotter in the summer. That’s why my rating of 3 stars. Rick, Montreal"

"Clean hotel. Conveniently located near the 19 tram line. Nice selection at breakfast. Bit noisy - unknown loud noise each night with no obvious explanation. Walls also very thin so could hear people in the next room. Shower a bit small and compact. "

"Spacious lobby and bar, rooms were very small. Our initial room had a foul, sewer-like odor. We asked to be switched and they accommodated our request which was really nice. We did not have the breakfast but enjoyed a spritz in their outdoor area. Convenient to Milano Centrale. "
