Das Gebäudefoto ist von Hausnummer 68, welches aber 3 Wohnungen beinhaltet. Man selbst kommt dann in Hausnummer 68a, welches ein eigenständiges Haus ist. Hier gibt es sehr viele Mängel. "Wir haben 2 super tolle Wochen in der Villa de Witt verbracht und fühlten uns sehr wohl. Die ganze Villa ist gut mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht und wir fanden die gelungene Mischung zwischen alt und neu , sehr schön. Die Raucherecke lädt bei jedem Wetter zum verweilen ein. Auch wenn das Grundstück nicht ganz umzäunt war hat unser Hund mit der Langlauf-Leine den Garten genossen .Die Kommunikation mit dem Ehepaar Engelmann hat super geklappt und auf Fragen kam auch immer schnell eine Antwort .Würden jederzeit wieder in die Villa kommen."
